Your Journey Matters
The Ripple Effect
Like a rock tossed into a body of water, the experiences in our lives have a profound ripple effect.
The rock may glide peacefully down, finding a place to settle, but if the water is forceful enough, the rock may tumble around, jostled, tossed, pushed, and pulled downstream until it finds another resting spot. Eventually, it becomes a member of that body of water – a resilient and immoveable part of the flow, less disturbed by the smaller rocks and debris, smooth and refined over time.
Are you sometimes the river? Occasionally the rock? Maybe, depending on the flow of life around you, it’s hard to tell.
Do you want to break free of your cycles – shift your patterns, routines, and habits, try something new, or explore different ways of being? Most importantly, are you ready to invest the time, energy, and effort it takes to carefully explore your long held beliefs and behaviors?
